Please note that "Family Rate Only" pricing ONLY applies to families and must include a parent. Submission Deadline: Fill out the form at least 3 days before your travel date. Last-minute bookings are not allowed without prior approval. Form Completion: Take your time to carefully complete the form. It takes approximately 2 minutes to fill out. Individual Submissions: Each student must submit their own form. You can request to ride with a friend at a different pickup location, but accommodations are not guaranteed unless you are at the same pickup location.
